Little Hug Songs Publisher is an internal tool of SROKA.IT Kamil Sroka. It uploads and schedules videos on our own YouTube channel, Little Hug Songs. The tool uses YouTube API Services. It has no public users. The only person who signs in to it is the owner of the channel.

Who is responsible for the data

YouTube API Services and Google
Little Hug Songs Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By signing in to the tool you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.
What data the tool accesses
The tool signs in with Google OAuth 2.0. It asks for permission to manage the signed-in YouTube account and to upload videos to it. With that permission it:
- reads the name and ID of the signed-in channel, to confirm it is the right channel,
- uploads video files that we produced ourselves, with their title, description, tags, thumbnail and publishing date,
- sets the made for kids flag, category and language of those videos,
- adds those videos to playlists on the same channel.
The tool does not read comments, subscribers, analytics, messages or any data of other YouTube users.
What we store and for how long
- Access token. The OAuth token is saved in one file on the channel owner’s computer. It never leaves that computer, except when it is sent to Google to call YouTube API Services. We keep it until access is revoked.
- Video IDs. After each upload the tool saves the ID of the new video in our private production files, next to the video it belongs to. These are IDs of our own videos only.
We do not use cookies, tracking or analytics in the tool. We do not sell, share or transfer data obtained through YouTube API Services to anyone. This page itself is part of www.sroka.it, and the site’s general privacy policy (in Polish) describes its cookies and contact form.
How to revoke access and delete data
You can revoke the tool’s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page. After that the saved token stops working and we delete the file. You can also email biuro@sroka.it and ask us to delete the token and the stored video IDs. We do it within 7 days and confirm by email.
Changes to this policy
If the tool starts using other data, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
Terms of Service
- Little Hug Songs Publisher is an internal tool of SROKA.IT Kamil Sroka. Only the owner of the Little Hug Songs channel may use it. It is not offered to the public.
- The tool uses YouTube API Services. Using it means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and accept the Google Privacy Policy.
- The tool uploads only videos that SROKA.IT produced and holds the rights to. All uploads follow the YouTube Community Guidelines and the rules for content made for kids.
- The tool is provided as is, for our own use. We may change or stop it at any time.
